Privacy notice

This notice describes information used by Manifold Operations, the business workspace operated for Midwest Control Products and its authorized employees and collaborators.

Google sign-in

Google and Cloudflare Access authenticate your identity. Sign-in uses basic identity information such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile information made available through the sign-in service. This information helps identify your account, apply the approved-email access rules, and maintain your session. Manifold does not receive your Google password.

This sign-in flow does not request permission to read your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Calendar. Using a personal Google account does not give your employer access to those services through this login.

Workplace information

Manifold stores information needed for assigned workplace functions. Depending on your role, this can include your employee identifier, name, contact email addresses, assigned permissions, time-clock entries, and work you submit in the application. Login and activity records help administrators support users and investigate access problems.

How information is used and accessed

Information is used to operate the workspace, manage employee access, maintain workplace records, and support security and troubleshooting. Authorized administrators and personnel can access information appropriate to their responsibilities; for example, authorized time-card managers can review and correct time records. The system is not a public employee directory.

Google and Cloudflare process authentication and connection information as service providers under their own applicable privacy policies. Other infrastructure providers process information necessary to host and operate the application. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Retention and requests

Workplace records may need to be retained for business, employment, payroll, security, or legal purposes. Removing sign-in access does not automatically delete those records. Contact your administrator to request a correction, ask about retained information, or request deletion where applicable.
